THE MAGNETIC CULTURE EQUATION:
DESIGNING A CULTURE THAT SEPARATES YOU FROM THE CROWD AND MAGNETIZES YOUR IDEAL CLIENTS
What is the difference between an Apple computer and a PC? How does Disneyland charge up to $200 a guest and still sell out every summer? More importantly, how do you do duplicate that same type of success in your business? It’s not their product. It’s not their marketing. It’s their company culture.
Because of that culture, they and other successful companies like them, create they still win in a down economy, dominate their competition and overcome price resistance. And you can too.
Most businesses have a culture that is predicated and controlled by the strongest personality in the office. It’s not designed to create a group of raving fans who refer you, promote you and want more of what you have to offer. Make no mistake, you have a culture. It just might not be the one you are deliberately designing.
There is a specific formula that you can use to create the culture you want. It’s a 3-step process that the greatest business owners like Walt Disney and Steve Jobs, world leaders like John Kennedy and Martin Luther King Jr, and even evil dictators like Adolf Hitler used to change the world.
Dino will break down this formula that you can immediately implement in your business so that you can create a culture that will make your business stand out from the competition, attract clients without raising your marketing budget and turn your team members into advocates for your practice.
-
Determine how to design an Apple or Disney-like culture that separates you from your competition.
Establish ways to attract the right- fit team members and clients to your business.
Identify how to specifically support each team member so they feel appreciated in order to lower turnover and increase long-term retention.
Discover if your Core Values are generic white noise to your team or needle movers for your business
